Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten can be found in the pedestrian area in the center of Melk underneath the Baroque abbey. Here you can enjoy the atmosphere and individuality of the building from the 16th century. Enjoy plain cuisine, homemade pastries and ice cream. The ice cream recipes originate from the first European ice-cream professional school.

Relax in the pub garden at the Kolomanibrunnen (fountain) in the center of the historical town and try the unique high quality coffee from our in-house roastery. On demand you can also have a tour through our own roastery.
