Café Central Melk

This traditional Viennese Coffee House is located directly in the city center. Café Central is the oldest cafe in the district of Melk and has been a popular meeting point to everyone ever since. You can enjoy the marvellous view to the enthroned Baroque abbey of Melk from the ‚Schanigarten’.

Enjoy the in-house made, freshly grafted highland coffee, traditional Viennese dishes and homemade pastries. Chief waiter Friedl invites you to stay here in the evenings. A great variety of newspapers and magazines is additionally provided.
